Coastal elegance meets gorgeous Gulf-front. Take your morning coffee out to the balcony as you savor the view and plan your day. The first floor features a Gulf-front master bedroom with a queen bed and a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Adjacent is a guest bedroom with a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds - perfect for the young and the young-at-heart with a private ensuite. The first floor is also home to a laundry area. The third master suite is located at the end of the hall and features a queen bed and private ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second floor is the heart of this 4-bedroom; 4.5-bathroom home. Here you'll find a chef's kitchen featuring designer cabinets; granite countertops and select stainless steel appliances; including a gas range. The kitchen opens onto the dining area with table seating for 10 guests, while the counter offers seating for another 5. The living room offers a flat screen television, shiplap ceilings and hardwood floors. But it's the sweeping views of the Gulf that command your attention throughout the second floor. Step out onto the balcony and take in the salt air and the sound of the wind through the sea oats and rolling dunes. The third master suite is located on the second floor and features a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower. It also has a private living space with two high-back chairs; flat-screen television; and a private balcony with Gulf views. Sunflower Beach Resort offers direct access to the pristine Gulf Coast Beaches. Bike and Golf Cart Rentals; Walking Distance to Palmilla Golf Course; Adult Only and Family Pools. Sunflower Beach Resort is under development, and you may encounter some construction during your stay.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at A Sight to Sea! The house was well equipped, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Great views! It was a short walk (or golf cart ride) to the beach and easily accessible to town via car or golf cart. We hope to stay here again!

This home is beautiful! Had everything we needed, each bedroom had its own private bathroom, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Nice views. Perfect location in the neighborhood., short walk to beach access and pool . Would definitely stay here again !

Our family of 5 enjoyed our weekend stay at Sunflower Beach and will be back next year. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the smores on the beach and activities. This is a new family tradition for years to come.
We had an amazing stay at A Sight to Sea! We are long time Port Aransas visitors, and previous condo owners for 20+ years. Due to our family growing we decided to rent a home at Sunflower Beach to fit us all—A Sight to Sea fit the bill! The home was clean, and had everything we needed to cook. It has a propane grill, beach chairs, and beach toys. The kids loved the bunk room! All beds were very comfy. The house is super close to the boardwalk to the beach and the pool. An easy walk for our toddlers! We visited during a Tropical Storm (we still got some sunshine and beach days!) so we weren’t able to rent our golf cart and beach chairs. It honestly ended up working out fine as the house’s location was close enough for everything and the house already had some chairs for the beach! Great view and decks! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for an amazing stay!
