SBCW613: Salty Wishes

The house was beautiful and in a great location. We had 4 children under 4 and it was plenty of space for all of us. I highly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay as it made it really easy to get to the beach. I did bring a few things to child proof the upstairs - like a pressure mounted gate to keep my almost 1 year old from falling. But the storm doors were too difficult for the kids (3 and 3.5) to open on their own so I didn’t have to worry about them going outside on their own. The house provided a keurig and a coffee maker, and all of the items we needed to cook most of our meals at home. We used the grill outside a few times and when we first checked in, we noticed there wasn’t enough propane so we called and asked for more and they brought it by within an hour. Everyone was super helpful and responsive and the home is lovely. It would be a perfect house for teenagers too as the bunk room is comfortable, there are tons of games (which the 3 year olds enjoyed as well), and a ping pong table. Thanks for a great stay.

What a great house and location. The owner thought of everything and was perfect for our family. Very clean and having our own pool to cool off in after a day at the beach or fishing was perfect especially for our grandchildren. We are going to book the same location for our trip next year. One little minor thing. The large ceiling fan in the family room was not balanced and made a strange noise, but not a deal breaker at all. See ya next time!

My recent stay at this beach house was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. The location is simply breathtaking. 4 Minute walk and less than a minute with the golf cart to the private boardwalk access to the beach. The interior of the beach house is thoughtfully designed, blending modern comfort with coastal charm. The attention to detail is evident in every corner. Tasteful decor and yet comfortable furnishings. Upstairs front and rear balconies are huge and spectacular; We spend many hours enjoying the ocean sound and breeze in those balconies. On one warm afternoon we had a dip in the private pool in the backyard and my teenage boys were busy with the outdoor PingPong table all 4 days. We like to come back to this property during the summer, so, we can spend time at the very large sunflower beach resort pool which was a bit cold to get into this time are around. We enjoyed the fact that Salty wishes actually had beds for all 12 of us (1 King in the master, 3 Queens, and 4 Twin XL in the bunkroom ). In conclusion, this beach house rental exceeded my expectations in every way. The rental agency was great in answering every one of our questions. Salty wishes is a charming modern coastal house and I will most certainly rebook this property and also recommend to friends and family.

From booking through check-out our host was attentive and ensured that our stay was perfect. Top notch communication, hospitality and the house was immaculate. It had everything we needed and made us feel at home. Beach was a short walk away. We loved the private heated pool. Sunflower is an amazing resort. This experience was well above expectations. We highly recommend and will definitely book again. Thank you!
